Refunds

Eligibility

Refunds are available only for programmes you have paid for under a written confirmation from Proxy Nodecore. Browsing the site, submitting the contact form, or holding an unconfirmed enquiry does not create a refundable transaction.

Timeframe

For the Activation KPI Design Studio (Cohort Atelier) and multi-session courses, you may request a full refund up to 14 days before the first live session. Between 13 days and 48 hours before the first session, a 50% refund may be issued if we can fill the seat. Inside 48 hours, fees are non-refundable except where Thai consumer law requires otherwise or where we cancel the cohort.

For a Signal Map (90-minute diagnostic), you may cancel for a full refund up to 48 hours before the booked slot. Later cancellations are non-refundable, though we will try to reschedule once at no extra fee.

Full or partial refund

If we cancel a programme, you receive a full refund of fees paid for that programme, or a transfer to a later date if you prefer. If you withdraw after the first studio week has begun, we do not refund remaining weeks; materials already shared stay licensed for your internal use. Desk Retainer months already started are not refunded; unused future months after the three-month minimum may be stopped with 14 days’ written notice and are not billed.

Non-refundable items

Third-party costs you incur (travel to Thonburi, hotels, software licences such as Mixpanel or Amplitude) are never refunded by us. Additional seats added mid-cohort are billed for remaining weeks only and follow the same withdrawal rule. Letters of completion already issued are not a basis for a fee return.

Refund process

Write to info@proxy-nodecore.digital with the subject line “Refund request,” your invoice number, and the programme name. You may also use the contact form and state that it is a refund request in the first line. We confirm receipt within two working days (Bangkok time).

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are paid back by the same method as the original invoice payment where possible (Thai bank transfer or international transfer). We aim to instruct the return within 15 working days after approval. Bank charges levied by your bank are not added back. We do not refund in cash at the studio.

Cancellation by us

If faculty is ill or a cohort has fewer than four pair seats, we may postpone. You may wait for the new date or take a full refund. We will not replace a cancelled Bangkok in-person day with an unannounced recording-only product without your consent.

Exceptions

If a serious error on our side (wrong date sent, double charge, inaccessible video room for a full session with no recording) materially prevents participation, we will refund or re-run that portion. Disagreement with a critique of your activation metric is not a defect and is not grounds for a refund. Statutory rights under Thai law are not limited by this page where they cannot be limited.
